What Bad Looks Like focuses on researching organisational transformation, with a specific emphasis on learning how to minimise the worst business practices across industries.
We like to do things differently. Our aim is to disrupt learning and development practices across industries by showing there is an alternative - and more effective - learning strategy than positively-reinforced development programmes.
We are led by occupational psychologist Justin Ukrainski - a psychologist by training and a dedicated researcher of the benefits of negative learning and its application to business transformation. Justin is currently the learning lead for the Agile Transformation at M&S London, and has worked with clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, and the London Olympics 2012.
